We're excited to announce the release of HummingBird IDE 1.0.0, the Modern Flutter Development Environment. This initial release lays the foundation for a powerful, intuitive development experience designed specifically for Flutter developers.

System Requirements

  • Operating Systems: Windows 10+, macOS 10.15+, Linux (Ubuntu 20.04+)
  • RAM: 4GB minimum, 8GB recommended
  • Disk Space: 500MB for installation
  • Flutter SDK: Required (can be configured within the app)

Known Issues

  • Flutter SDK configuration workflow will be enhanced in a future release
  • Limited syntax highlighting for non-Dart files
